of a song from the early '70s

I listened to this on the radio (WLS-Chicago) in the early '70s.

It is sung by a male artist. Possibly there are backup singers.

Lots of instrumental music, in a middle Eastern/Israeli kind of style. 4/4 time.

The chorus sounds like "Jez-righ-ah, na na na na, Jez-righ-ah."

I think the word "cantina" is also in it.

Anyone else remember this one?
