Song Question: Early 1980's

Back around 1984, Q-106 in Lansing, MI, played the same songs about the same time day and night.

In the evening, right as I would be falling to sleep, a long song would play.

It would start with sound effects that included a baby crying and a police car siren. It would normally follow something like a Zepplin tune.

That's about all I can remember, never heard in the day time, always evening.
