I have been searching for years for the name of the singer for this song.

It seems kinda jazzy...trumpet.

Some of the words I remember.."take my lips because you're the one I sigh for, take my dreams because you're the one I .........for. Take my arms because you're the one I .........for. Because I'm in love with you".

I don't know how old this song is.

I was born in '71 and it was older then.

It was on an old 45 record.

I'd love to find out who sang this and/or the name of the song.

I have tried the obvious searches but haven't found anything.
