I heard a song sometime in the 2000s. I could have sworn that the song was titled "Tell Him" and the remix or dub was done by J-Boogie.

The tune was very danceable, and I heard it on the acid jazz station.

The tune had jazz chords and good bass.

It was sung by a female - possibly more than one.
