can anyone help me find the title of this 1970s country duet?

Country duet:

Okay, info is a bit vague but I want to find this for my Mum.

It was a 1970s country music duet, (male and female, male being the main singer)

It was a hit in UK, but this could have been the B-side.

The only lyrics I have are; (male), 'Your Mother's made a home here, we never are alone Dear, anymore'. And in between his singing the female sings, 'Poor old Mamma's a drivin' me crazy with them aches and pains in her legs, that rheumatism's gonna kill her, she needs her medicine so bad and she can't get out in this rainy weather to get it, and her social security cheques late again too'.

A shot in the dark, but someone may know something! Thanks.
