Catchy song from a UK drink advert

by Snailquake

The song was originally sung by two young punk girls, I think from Japan. Maybe China. It had a repetitive meaningless phrase - just musical syllables, but very catchy. I think the song's name was this phrase.

It was sung in an advert in the late '90s or early '00s, shown on BBC Wales and maybe elsewhere in the UK. It was the year of a big international sporting event - football or rugby. The advert that played this song began with someone looking over a sunlit balcony and knocking a bottle of the advertised drink (beer? Cola?) to the Spanish-looking street below, just as sports fans come spilling out of the side-streets, all joyously chanting this song.
