Early late 1990s or 2000s rap song that starts with man chanting in Arabic or Hindi

Hi everyone. The song I'm looking for starts with a man (kind of an old voice) chanting in either Arabic or Hindi for the intro of a rap song. I know there were a lot of remixes to it, maybe one by Missy Elliot/Timbaland. The man says/chants something like "hachi ji ni pah" in a kind of drawn out voice, and is followed by a beat with some sort of bells (maybe). The rest of the lyrics are in English.

It's NOT:
Indian Flute by Jay Z
Panjabi MC ft. Jay-Z-Mundian To Bach Ke
Xzibit - Concentrate (That's Japanese)

... Or any of these songs
