Find A Song:
Who sang the song and what was it called ?

slow song, sung by a male black singer, approximately 1967 in the UK.

Some of the lyrics include, I think, "somewhere maybe your country, a hungry baby cries, somewhere maybe Africa, a starving baby dies".

Lyrics also include a mention of "outer space, a flying saucer flies".

Hello fellow sufferer
I have exactly the same problem with the singer's name and song title.I remember it from my school days and have been trying for about 40 years to find the answer and I won't give up yet. Good luck yourself.
Cheers, Roraidh Scott
