Missing song, remembered music video: girl dancing along an empty street

by Apostrophe

I'm trying to remember a song which I really liked once upon a time, but I find myself mostly being able to remember the music video. In it there is a young girl (~12 years old, give or take) dancing along an empty street in an industrial neighborhood. She was wearing pink shorts and a pink tank top or t-shirt, and had medium long wavy brown hair. I think she was wearing converse. On one of the buildings behind her was a huge apostrophe (or comma, perhaps). There was maybe one other person who walked in the background at some point, but it was far back, and the overall idea was that it was deserted. It was a sunny day, and the girl was mostly looking in the direction of the camera dancing in what seemed like an improvised manner - mostly jumps, twirls, etc., but not extremely professional or staged.
It was "indie"/"pop" music, fast-ish, I think with prominent drums. The song or artist may have had the words "people" and perhaps "fox" or "foxes" in it, but I really can't remember.

Any help would be much appreciated!
