Question for Ska/Reggae/OldRocknRoll-Fans with non-mainstream-expertise

Hello everyone,

I am looking for a song.

Context: Last weekend I've been to a party. The DJ played pretty special music I didn't knew with few exceptions: Bob marley - Outa Space in a strange version), some Ska and reggae, dancable stuff. Few old classy RocknRoll. The songs were never #1 top hits, more like B-Sides for experts and lovers. So maybe people with a similar taste of music may know the song I can describe now:

The song I liked most is uptempo, pushing incredibly forward - it would force you to sing a long if you knew the lyrics. It has some pauses in which is only a woman singing. Trumpets are playing. The lyrics in the chorus may have been something like "and the horses come down the hills tonight".

I would be grateful If anyone could help me.

Thanks in advance

M
