Song Question: Looking for a song, but I only remember the video

I don't remember much of the song, just that I loved it!

It was sung by a male, maybe a band.. possibly sort of an indie rock band

Maybe 2008 or 2009...

The video was the lead singer being chased by someone who ended up also being him and the end there in the middle of nowhere and one of them is the trunk!

Any help is much appreciated, been looking for it for ages
