Song with surreal, trilly French lyrics by female singer

I only heard part of the song and I know next to nothing about musical terms, but it is a very recent-sounding, throbbing beat (as in it's not a song from the 80s or earlier, unless it's been remixed), kind of alternative and haunting. There is a female vocalist singing something that sounds like: " moi, et moi.../ Je sais / mon coeur / ...beaucoup (?) comme un something (?)"
That's a horrible description, but basically all I'm sure of is that she repeats "et moi" in a kind of whisper almost. Her voice does a lot of that trilling technique, if that's the right term. It's very smooth and clear, not the smoky/sultry voice it seems like a lot of French singers have.
I heard it on the 88.5 KURE station on November 8, if that makes any difference. Hope someone can understand this, because the song just won't leave my head and it was really lovely.
