Twenty year search for one song. I am willing to pay for its identity. Please help me.

This song was either an 80's or 90's song. It was fast, possibly a dance song with a deep male, electronic voice that says something I cannot identify, but can tell you what it sounds like he is saying. It sounds like: I care. I care. I care, care send the rain. Or: I cure. I cure. I cure, cure. End the rain. Elda rain. I have no idea what he was saying then, but it was a very catchy, upbeat song. I believe it was a group. They played it on the radio regularly. I have lived near Beaumont, Texas, U.S. my whole life. Another clue is that the deep electronic voice reminds me a lot of the "Girl, girl girl girl girl girl" part of Time After Time by Timmy T, except the song I am looking for is a little more robotic. I was young when I heard the song.

This is the last song on my list to find. I have located every single one, but this favorite. Please help me if you can at all. Thank you kindly for your time and effort and this site! Sincerely, Layla Kay

'The Police - I Cant Stand Losing You'
by: Jay

I cant be sure, but as soon as I read " care. I care. I care, care" it reminded me of an old Police Song called 'I cant stand losing you"

They sing 'I cant, I cant I cant stand losing you"

Worth a look anyway.
