Upbeat alternative song that ends certain verses with "yeah yeah yeah!"

by Ross
(Virginia)

I think I've heard this song in the last year or two but it could be older. It may be a duet or harmony with two male singers.

The main verse melody holds one note for seven syllables then drops down one note for the next four and three syllables. A bass note in the background after the main verse melody holds a low note for 4.5 beats, jumps up an octave for half a beat, then drops back down for the remaining 3 beats.

A high pitch background melody descends down one note at a time for 5 beats (including flats/sharps) with the 5th being slightly delayed before jumping back up to the note just above where it started for slightly slower 6th and 7th tones.

Lyrics of "I don't think so" seem to come to mind if I remember correctly.
