metal like band, in the style of breaking benjamin (dairy of jane), five finger death punch (wrong side of heaven), metallica (the day that never comes)
very characteristic voice like he sings from the back of his throat, almost a nasal sound, it reminds me of the country genre sometimes
the video clips shows the band playing the song on a rooftop

Thanks for the input everyone. Thanks to the Top2000 I've finally found the band I meant. It was Volbeat, after that I also remembered the song: Heaven nor hell.
