Dancers on pink backdrop

Saw a video on vh1 around 2004 that was a really good ballad although I can't remember any lyrics. There was a male singer pretty much standing in the middle of coupled dancers who were definitely classically trained. The backdrop was a rose pink with some stage lights but I don't really remember much else. I would always catch it right after the artist and song info was already displayed.
