Music Video - Song with a whistle intro

The music is sorta indie rock/pop... maybe.

The video starts with some guys in a desert walking towards the same direction. One guy starts whistling and the song starts soon after.

They are seen snapping their fingers to the music but the scenario changes while their positions don't. One of the scenarios is of them inside a water fountain, knee deep or less.

I can't remember anything else except that the whistling guy is ethnic, maybe latino or middle eastern.

The song may be from the late 2000's.
