Pop Black kid white background colorful bubbles




So there was this one black kid with small, square Afro. He was singing some simple and fast song, genre -pop. It started with “hey hey”. I think I saw it during some commercial break on Disney channel or Disney XD when I was a kid (2007-2013). The music video was also very simple. Only him, white background and some colorful bubbles. I remember that he also had another song with some puppets in the music video. Pleaaase help!
